Comdata Construction is a sophisticated expense managementandreporting tool designed specifically for Comdata’sconstructioncustomers. This user-friendly app helps customersstreamline theirexpense management process, cutting down on lostreceipts and timespent allocating costs to specific transactions.ComdataConstruction will allow users to assign transactions tomultiplereporting options, including general ledger codes, jobnumbers, andequipment types. The app automatically assignstransactions to GLcodes, but cardholders and administrators havethe option tocomplete a manual post-transaction assignment as well.The app alsoallows users to take smartphone pictures of receiptsand assignthose images to specific transactions while on-the-go,reducing thepotential for lost receipts and making expensereporting easier andmore accurate than ever before.
